• ConnTest - a database connection string tester. (Free)

• LinesOfCSharp - a tool that can tell you how many lines of C# code you have written. It separates out comments, empty lines, code lines etc. (Free)

• ParameterMapper - an executable that allows you to fiddle with the parameters before calling the actual executable.. (Free - GPL)

• PingTrackback - a client to manually send Pingbacks and Trackbacks.

• XmlTools - some command-line utilities for manipulating XML files. (Free - GPL)
